Do you charge a call-out fee for a quote?

No. Someone comes out, looks at the tree and gives you a fixed price, and that's the price. If you'd rather not have anyone visit yet, send photos through and we can usually give you a rough idea before booking a proper look.

Can you handle both a small job and a large removal?

Yes. Some days it's one branch over a carport, other days it's a large tree coming out beside a house or a block being cleared. We scale the crew and the gear to the job rather than sending the same setup to everything.

How fast can you get out after a storm?
